Photographing famous politicians is often difficult because of the throngs of security, other photographers and the crowds of onlookers themselves.

When former president Jimmy Carter came to the Gulf Coast, heading Habitat For Humanity, I was assigned to cover it.  In spite of the press of people, I managed to catch this reflective moment of Jimmy Carter before he was assaulted with a barrage of questions.
